Having invested in your air conditioning or heat recovery ventilation system, Enegen can provide the aftersales care whether this is to meet a manufacturers extended parts warranty period which often extends upwards of Five Years or general good housekeeping to ensure you receive the optimum life expectancy from your equipment.


Our fully qualified and experienced Service Department engineers work closely with our contracted clients to provide bespoke service and maintenance provision on site. Full risk assessment and work method statements are provided together with COSHH data sheets covering products used during a service visit to ensure all tasks are carried out professionally and in accordance with our Health and Safety policy.


Conversant in all equipment and manufacturers, we offer several levels of services and maintenance to meet a given budget or specification which can include consumable materials if required. 


Our company being REFCOM registered with ACRIB engineers, Enegen are approved Safe Refrigerant Handlers giving clients the peace of mind that all work on site is carried out in a professional and reliable manner.


A well maintained system will run at its optimum energy efficiency providing the value for money initially invested in, dirty or blocked filters together with leaking condensate drain are the most common faults identified by engineers which should be mitigated by the introduction of the correct service and maintenance programme. 


We pride ourselves in providing quick and up to date information from our maintenance customers, this helps to keep FGas and Asset registers accurately recorded the initial being a requirement by law.
